Bahias De Huatulco

Tangolunda Bahias de Huatulco Oaxaca Mexico

Tangolunda Bay is next and, together with Chahue and Santa Cruz Bays, represents the more developed area of Bahias de Huatulco. Tangolunda is one of the principal bays and home to five-star resort hotels, shopping areas and residential communities.

The Huatulco of the future is most evident at Bahía Tangolunda, where the poshest hotels are in full swing and the sea is complete with sightseeing lanchas (small motorboats), kayaks, and sailboats. The site was chosen by developers because of its five beautiful beaches.

There is a high density of hotels are in its 243 acres, and also malls and a professional golf 18 hole golf course on 78 acres.

High-end residential homes are available in Balcones (an established neighborhood) and Campo De Golf (the golf course).

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, Tangolunda Bay is home to one of the best golf courses along the Mexican Pacific. You'll be able to enjoy a game of 18 holes, par 72 of championship quality. The 13th hole is the most spectacular with an incomparable view of Tangolunda Bay.

El Arrocito is the perfect tiny beach to build a house and spend the rest of our lives in this tropical paradise. It is located just before Tangolunda bay, there is a small sign before the mirador and you have to turn right. This small beach, with its particular type of sand, from which it takes its name, is just perfect to visit with the family because of its soft surf and size where kids can be easily watched on.

El Arrocito means small, tiny, or little rice. The name of this beach is because of the sand, which seems to be grains of rice alike. The sand is very different to the one at other beaches; it is a little thick, mostly very tiny rounded rocks mixed with small shells and pieces of them. Although is not a long beach, its one of the favorite beaches in Huatulco. The beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels, condos, villas, and residences with spectacular view to the sea.

The beach is protected by rock formations, which play the role of natural wave breakers, and offer good spots to scuba dive or snorkel. Local snorkelers, armed with a rod and a hook assembled in the edge, work hard to catch octopuses, lobsters and oysters. There aren’t any restaurants at the beach but, some families sell oysters in their shells and shrimp cocktails, beers and sodas at improvised palm-roofed small palapas under the shade of mangroves.

PUNTAGAVIOTA is an exclusive and spectacular project which offers loft spaces which are characterized by their open spaces without separations and by their huge windows which allow you to enjoy beautiful ocean views. The project is very versatile; the loft areas range from 55 square meters to 195 square meters; some can have double-height ceilings and a private swimming pool; all have a large balcony and come fully-equipped and with luxury finishes.

The complex is located at the highest point of the Arrocito neighborhood. Given their lofty position all of the lofts will have ocean views, some look toward Chahue Bay and others toward Tangolunda Bay.

PUNTAGAVIOTA is a residential complex designed to provide comfort and pleasure to all of its condominiums. It offers first class services such as swimming pools, sun decks, a path which will allow you to reconnect with nature, an open gym where you can enjoy views of the landscape while you work out, a snack bar, a business center, a laundry room, reception area and even a housekeeping service so that when you visit it is only to rest and enjoy.
