Hi from Paradaise Huatulco, if trying to move or relocate to this beach southern mexican area, I have a room for rent, you can be my roommate meanwhile you get or buy a new house for your own, this room is for rent as long as you need it, keep in touch I live near DownTown and Bays sea shore, drop me a line if interested... I am retired and have my home for sale. I hope to relocate to a climate such as Huatulco has to offer Relocating to another country for my retirement years is something I would love to do for many reasons.
While reading the material on your website I see Mitch Creekmore brings up the most important concern I have about your area and all of Mexico..... crime and drugs.
Just to say it is safe in Mexico and Huatulco means very little. I would want to see actual numbers and trends regarding crime rates and murders. Please provide such information within your website or at least a link in order to get the information. Until then, I would not consider any part of Mexico safe.

The Mexico real estate market a happening place during the 2000s. Right up until 2008 lots of sales were made, lots of commissions paid and developers had new plans for even greater projects to be developed. Problem was, no one really knew that U.S. financial markets would collapse, leaving many Americans, financial institutions, banks, our neighbors to the south, even our own government pondering.

Let’s get one, big issue right out front. Mexico is not a dangerous country as reported by American press. It is a country far less dangerous than many others that surround it, including our own.

The appeal is more than just the thought of permanently toasty weather. The cost of living, from housing to health care, is significantly lower in Mexico than it is in the U.S. Mexico offers a perfect mix of centuries-old traditions and contemporary lifestyles.

Hola !!! Let´s talk about Huatulco !! It´s a beautyful spot in the south pacific mexico . The fauna and flora here is unique. { down cadosefoleus mixed jungle } desert and jungle toguether . Many migratory bird´s and wales coming
on the winter. I suggest this place for holiday´s or for good . I got here on my vacation´s and i couldn´t leave. Now i
enjoy living here with my family a cuality, safe , ecological life. Thank you Alice for helping me and my wife to find
